This is my simplified version of Hotell 11 (http://www.hotel11.se/):
And I made a sonata in styrofoam
and one of paper
Från från till till (from from to to)
Task in school.. make a room section where you can find different concepts;
"from", "between", "by", "to".. and so on.
My "from" is in the circle to the right, and my "to" is in the lower corner at the left side..
and you can find different concepts on the way from from to to.
Heavy and light
Week-long project in school to make one "heavy" and one "light" building.
It was going to be chapels for a religion of our own choice.
We had two architects as inspiration, Louis Kahn and Mies van der Rohe.
I made one light chapel that was meant for budhism, and
one heavy that was christian (and inspired by Kahn).
It's almost made of the same thing in both of the buildnings.
It's squares that is raised against eachother and
squares that is cutted in triangles, and the triangles are spread.
Light?
Heavy?
Project, ready! Bohus Malmön: "Vindskydd"
Project goes on
Planritningar!
Nothing special, but my first of this kind.. straight lines, correctness :)
Project
Bohus Malmön
This monday and tuesday were days at Bohus Malmön, an island on the west coast in
Sweden near Smögen.
It was once used for.. getting stone. The landscape was abrupt, sharp, man made..
It had beautiful marks, as you see on the picture above (it's like a painting!).
A section made with pencil and aquarelle. (above)
Almost the same place, from another angle.. look at the colors on the
wall!
And look again.. it's also putting a shadow in the water.
And just a detail..
Tent project
Now we're having a project that includes that we should make a tent
for 8-9 persons and sleep in it for a night. This is the place and a
picture of my idea (in one moment, maybe it'll change).
First practical exercise at Architecture @ Chalmers, Gothenburg
Exercise to draw a room. I did this one.. and I thought it was
a bit dramatic because of the hill, and that the house was
situated just on the edge. It wasn't that high, but still it looks like it.
